Privacy Policy
Who we are
The Safety Brief ("we") publishes consumer safety information and promotes related products from partners. Contact: hello@familysafetybrief.com.
What we collect
If you request our free materials, we collect the name and email address you provide, the page you signed up from, the date, and your country (derived from your connection). Our hosting and analytics providers also process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
How we use it
We use your email to deliver the materials you requested and to send you our email series about scam protection, which may include offers from partners who compensate us. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. We never sell or rent your email address.
Advertising and cookies
We advertise on platforms such as Facebook, and this site may use cookies and similar technologies (including the Meta Pixel) to measure advertising performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Links to partner products may set cookies operated by those partners so they can attribute sign-ups.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers that operate this site and our email delivery (e.g., hosting, email platforms), with advertising platforms for measurement as described above, and where required by law.
Retention and your rights
We keep subscriber data while you remain subscribed. You may unsubscribe at any time, and you may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing hello@familysafetybrief.com. If you are in the UK/EU, you have rights under the UK/EU GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, and complaint to your supervisory authority; our lawful basis for email marketing is consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date.
